Water transfer gold stamping primer
Gold stamp primer
Add 8% hardener and print till mixing well
Using 250mesh count to print the primer, curing 2~12 hours (subject to the temperature, make the right timing), then stamping the gold foil, smoothly stamping effect. Because the primer is strong after curing, stable molecular structure, reduce appear cracking, puckering, paring, bubbling etc. which sticker have good adhesion. The mixture primer is valid for 8 hours. (Workshop humidity under 50%, Stamping degree at 100°~250°)
Coated (also low melting glaze) glass bottle or metal, fire at 120° for 20~30 minute have good adhesion, water resistance and alcohol resistance.
Glass bottle without coating or water borne coating, fire 160°~200° with 30 minute have good adhesion, water resistance and alcohol resistance.
